My OA Sister, ER Nurse Terri
She is full of life with a beautiful spirit. She can stay up all night servicing patients non-stop in the ER and come home and be one of the most patient mothers I have ever seen.
The memories I have of the laughing until our sides literally ached and we couldn’t catch our breath. It didn’t really matter what we were doing, it just seemed to always be hysterical. Her falling out the window ripping her pants, my trying to impress a boy and tripping upstairs. There was the time she pierced my ears without numbing them first or the other when we decided we could make it across town and back before our next restaurant shift. We shared clothes, memories, friends and cars. We cried on each other’s shoulders when life would throw us a blow. I am thankful God chose me to be one of her sisters. She has positively influenced my life and all those around her without necessarily realizing it. As a sister, as a nurse, as a friend, as a mother—she is truly Ordinarily Amazing. I am so thankful for all the joy, laughter and support she has brought me over the years.
